Prometheus, a Greek solider who dies while defending a woman during a surprise Spartan invasion, entertained a strange discussion with the God Zeus before opening his eyes to a world changed. He has a mission, they ALL have missions, to save the Living – they just don’t know it yet. Soon it becomes apparent that the living and the living dead, or the Re-Ans are going to have a problem. Add in a plague and you have a recipe for a devastating adventure.
Unique and immensely entertaining, this is a Zombie book you should put at the top of your To Be Read list!

Pulled through time to the present to deliver cures from the gods, but in zombie form. Oh the misunderstood undead!
I suppose the gods give no gifts without a cost!
Not your typical zombie story, but a fun read. Rooting for the zombies is a different feeling, and i enjoyed it! They just wanna help, and we keep blowing them up!
I absolutely loved this book! The descriptive zombie characters and unique storyline made it hard to put down. Wallace did a wonderful job detailing the plight of the zombies that you couldn't help but cheer for them. Who knew zombies had a sense of humor?! This is one book I can't wait to see turned into a movie.
If you like Zombie stories at all, check this one out, because it's not often you get the story from the Zombies' side as well.
You know, its hard to believe that I could root for Zombies. This story shows them in a whole new light. Great characters (both human and Zombie), action, blood and lots of guts. Good guys and bad guys even. The fact that it's set in Denver is a bonus. Oh yeah, there's a twist at the end ;-) Please tell me that there's a sequel!
Defiantly not your run of the mill zombie novel. Wallace brings to life a vivid story of Zombies that try to save humankind. But what are the dead to do when the humans Don't want to be saved? Get this book and find out!
As a huge fan everything Zombie, I have to say, that this book was right up my alley. It offered a real refreshing take on the Zombie genre. The Zombies weren't just there to eat our brains! They actually hold some major secrets that could save mankind entirely! I think what I found most interesting and enjoyable about this book, is that the zombies weren't mindless creatures. You actually felt for them and could sympathize and empathize with them. Overall fantastic book! Great characterizations and detail.
